What's the deal?

How does it work, then?
We have an initial chat via email, message or some sort of call to discuss the project and what you need
You receive a quote based on our call, outlining the scope of the services I'll provide, along with expected timescales etc etc
Once agreed, you'll receive an invoice to pay a 50% deposit
You send me the files I need to get started (don't worry, I've got a quick checklist)
Once the deposit is settled, I begin the conform and first pass of the grade
You receive a Frame IO viewing link, to watch and leave feedback
We'll go through a number of grading passes and reviews, depending on the agreed scope of the project and quote
We arrange either an in-person or a livestreamed, virtual attended grade to review together and sign off.
You receive a final deliverables along with my invoice for the outstanding balance
Any materials to be backed up will be made and kept for xxx time, subject to the quote
Everyone leaves happy
